I've had a @Minecraft account for more than 10 years. I haven't logged in for a few years, but still remember my username and password. Still, I most likely won't be able to have access to it... @MojangSupport #Minecraft

Thanks for your reply. I already contacted you, but unfortunately I'm missing the transaction ID (still have the account name and password). That's unfortunate because in my country, banks don't keep records for more than 10 years, so I won't be able to get that information.

Not to worry, we should still be able to help without that transaction ID! Having the transaction ID only makes the process go faster, but it isn't mandatory since we have other ways of verifying. ^BT

Thanks for your message, but I went through support twice already and asked if I could have additional questions asked instead of the one they provide in the beginning but they just closed my tickets after I asked.
