@MojangSupport Somebody stole my Microsoft account so also Minecraft. Microsoft support can't help me, they verified my identity but the thief changed some security settings and they can't do nothing, can you do something for me or am I wasting time?

They don't want to understand me. I have the payment ID and every info related to changes on the account before migrating, Can you delete the old account and give me a new one? Or is it all to Microsoft? Is just a question I'm not pretending to have a special treathment :)
