@MojangSupport its been 4 or 5 months, and i still dont have the vanilla cape, im starting to worry, will i get it? i dont have other friends with java to compare if i have a problem or everyone else too, or its just been delayed a little bit more.

i dont want to waste your time, so i have a question if i have it with gamepass ultimate that count?

If you did not purchase both versions of Minecraft on the same Microsoft account on PC before June 6, 2022, then sadly it is not possible to become eligible for the Vanilla Cape. Game Pass is a subscription service and does not count as buying the game. ^FF
