@MojangSupport I don't know what the problem is with my game atm. I'm trying to connect with my friend who is on windows edition and I'm on an Xbox series S.

When ever either one of us starts up a world and invites a person they are unable to connect to the world. We've tried everything. Changing from wireless to wired and I even checked my Xbox online settings to see if they reset in some way.
