You can try downloading and launching the game directly from the Microsoft Store. Is this the new Launcher for Windows or are you using the older Unified Launcher/Win 7/8 Launcher? Once we have that info we can continue looking into this! ^AM

We suggest running the launcher in administrator mode or repairing by right-clicking the app from the start menu > more > app settings > repair and reset. Be sure to also check out this FAQ bit.ly/3HcEiDr to see if you find your issue. ^AM
