@MojangSupport I just bought Minecraft java and bedrock edition for my PC. How do I boot it up? I don't know how to do anything on those yet... Not even boot up a game I just bought.

Have you downloaded the launcher yet? If not, please download it and log in using your credentials. If you run into any issues with it, let us know! ^BT

Try resetting the Windows Store, you can do so by pressing Windows Key + R, typing "WSReset" and hitting enter. After restarting, the download should finish. If it doesn't be sure to check this FAQ bit.ly/3HcEiDr but do let us know if you still can't download! ^AM
