@MojangSupport hi, my daughter has loaded up her kids kindle fire this morning and all of her worlds have disappared. She hasn't deleted them, tried restarting device etc, can you help?

Have done but sadly it seems this has been deleted on your side and all 3 of her worlds are unrecoverable. The expert who replied says its a known issue so I wish you could have made players aware of this on log in

Worlds are stored locally so if the app was deleted or it shut down improperly your worlds can be deleted. A way so that this doesn't happen is moving the world to a Realm, then friends can join as well and you can create backups of the World. ^TK

Definitely not deleted I was right there playing with her. Stored application level. Seemed to be having glitchy issues when we were playing. Shut down as normal because we weren't getting anywhere. Next day all 3 worlds gone.
