@MojangSupport why is my Realm listed as expired when my auto-renewing subscription payment for the next month just processed 4 days ago? Please fix this. I’m paying for a service you are not providing.

Thanks, but I have already submitted two help tickets with no response. Combing through Twitter, it looks like a number of people have had/are having this issue. This must be a recurring issue with a standard resolution…? How long till this is sorted?

Hello, I did get a response finally. It was a canned response telling me how to renew my subscription. I can’t renew my subscription because it’s still active (and never lapsed, last auto payment 18 Jan), but my realm is still listed as expired. Can someone DM and help please?

@MojangSupport I tried support. They just told me to renew my subscription. But I have an active subscription that never lapses 🙄🤷‍♂️ Is there anything you can do to help me, please? This account is literally Mojang Support. Is that just, like… emotional support?
