why is Minecraft acting up with realms. @MojangSupport Paying twice to renew and still not working??? PLEASE HELP

This should work if I've already paid twice and even tried to start a new realm from a new world. Paid service and can't use it. Very annoyed. fix the glitch. I did file a ticket and it should be a fast response but no I'm stuck here waiting to here back with no timeframe listed
