@MojangSupport the monthly payment for my child's realm came out on January 15th but on every device the realm says its expired. I've seen a lot of similar posts about this. Are you guys aware of this, and will this be fixed without having to use support?

Thanks. I actually filled out a support form yesterday morning. Just waiting for them to get back to me. Do you have an estimate for how long that takes? I know they address them in order, but do you know what their wait time is currently?
