I already created a ticket in the provided link however I got a reply from some minecraft gamer not minecraft technical support,pls note the issue is that all java edition codes are showing invalid or redeemed

A ticket number is sent to your email when you complete the form. It would use the email that you entered on the request form. If you don't have access to that email or can't find the ticket number, feel free to create a new ticket. ^IV

have created another ticket . Kindly confirm if your aware of any such already known issue in past 48 hrs where all codes of java edition are showing already redeemed or invalid ?
