Kindly note we beleive that this outage kind is happening to india users (we are not sure if its affecting only india) but its happening from past 24 hrs ,on 23rd sept night everything was ok and normal .

Further,please note people have checked with xbox support,they say codes are new and when bug report is created the case is closed automatically classifying it not as a bug. Pls see MC-256092

I already created a ticket in the provided link however I got a reply from some minecraft gamer not minecraft technical support,pls note the issue is that all java edition codes are showing invalid or redeemed

A ticket number is sent to your email when you complete the form. It would use the email that you entered on the request form. If you don't have access to that email or can't find the ticket number, feel free to create a new ticket. ^IV
