This sounds like a Realm subscription. Do you know if this is for a Java or Bedrock account? Even if you're not too sure, you can reach out to our Realm specialists by submitting a ticket at bit.ly/3uO21ER and we'll be able to look into those charges for you! ^FF

we have a Java account, it is for my kiddo and we are charged 2x ea month, and we cannot figure it our on our own, I tried a ticket a few months ago and it didn't get sorted, Id love help, thank you!

The Realms team would be a better option than Twitter support for this issue as they have the tools to investigate. Please reach back out and let them know the issue remains unresolved. Make sure to provide any Transaction IDs so they can locate the charges! ^AM

okay, I will look those up, would that be on my bank statement? like day/time/amount?

You should have received an email from Mojang confirming the purchase with a transaction ID. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you don't have that, we may still be able to assist. Just be sure to let the agent know and ensure they're checking the correct account! ^AM
