@MojangSupport Somehow my stepson has lost all of his PS4 purchases, I don't know what he's done but all of his purchases say they are locked. Is there anyway I can get them back for him?

I did that the reply was a generic email that was of no help whatsoever, I still have £50 worth of in-game purchases that he cannot access nor unlock.
