hey @MojangSupport , my minecraft is running at extremely low frames and isn’t do with the world, as i’ve loaded up a brand new one and the same thing happens. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled but that hasn’t worked either. Do you have any tips? I play on bedrock edition.

The issue you've described typically indicates a connection issue. We recommend switching to hardwire if you are on wifi, and disabling any VPNs. Which device are you playing on? This might help us narrow down any issues. ^AM

Thankyou Minecraft for responding, at a last ditch effort i reinstalled it again and it fixed itself. I really appreciate your reply and will carry on enjoying your game.
