@MojangSupport Somehow my stepson has lost all of his PS4 purchases, I don't know what he's done but all of his purchases say they are locked. Is there anyway I can get them back for him?

I did that the reply was a generic email that was of no help whatsoever, I still have £50 worth of in-game purchases that he cannot access nor unlock.

Make sure to continue working with your agent in that ticket. If your issue remains unresolved, let them know so they can continue working with you. ^AM
