Ope, that's no good! Are these Dungeons DLCs or are you referring to Marketplace items? Were you able to access them before and now they don't appear? A bit more detail about the issue can help us get you pointed in the right direction! ^AM

Sorry, I am referring to marketplace items. I was able to access them before but now they have disappeared as well as my minecoins.
