@Minecraft @MojangSupport Why can't I launch the game? I tried deleting the .minecraft folder and reinstalling all together, and still nothing. Also both of these file locations just don't exist on my computer.

I installed Java 17 and I can play 1.19.3 no problem, but when I try launching 1.8.9 I get a Java Version Mismatch error. Any idea what to do?
