I play in pc trying to join Xbox players and I have not tried any troubleshooting.

Gotcha! Just to check are you connected using hardwire or wifi? Also, can you double check your Firewall/Antivirus to see if all your permissions are in order? ^BT

All of those are fine. It’s just get stuck on locating server
