@MojangSupport i’ve been trying to log into my microsoft account for minecraft on PS for fucking ages and it’s not working. apparently these issues have been around for years. fix it.

it either won’t log in entirely or it’ll say that it’s already logged into another playstation which is impossible bc i haven’t even logged in anywhere else

It looks like you are trying to link a Microsoft account that has already been used to link to another PlayStation Network account. If you have multiple PSNs, please make sure that you are using the correct Microsoft account login information for each specific PSN account.​ ^BT

it hasn’t been linked to anything though. and if it has, how do i unlink it?

As of now, the links between PSN and Microsoft account are permanent. If you need help with figuring out with Microsoft is linked to your PSN, you may need to reach out to Microsoft Support: nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com
