It seems like the term assets only includes things from the game itself. I was wondering about the Cover Art that is for example seen in the launcher.

If it's not covered in the guidelines, then there's a good chance we don't want you to do it. If there is something that you do not understand, we advise you to seek legal counsel. ^BT
