Hi @PlatstationEu & @MojangSupport . Why cant I unlink my PS and MS account and link them to other accounts? I'm guessing I'm not the only parent who unknowingly linked to my child account and now blocked for life. This cannot be unsolvable?? Please respect your customers.

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^AM

That is totally fine. The PS acc is my son's and the MS account is mine. We don't mind the purchases being void if it means we can relink and play on playstation again. Would that be possible if we use the link provided in the other answer?
