Hi @PlatstationEu & @MojangSupport . Why cant I unlink my PS and MS account and link them to other accounts? I'm guessing I'm not the only parent who unknowingly linked to my child account and now blocked for life. This cannot be unsolvable?? Please respect your customers.

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^AM

I kinda have the same problem. On my ps5 I tried signing into my original MS account and it said it didn’t exist. But when I tried signing in with a different account I said my old account was signed into it. So it doesn’t work very well
