I need help I bought minecraft java a long time ago and just wanted to start playing again and got logged into my account and it shows i own java but wont let me download it any help? Please! @MojangSupport

Oh no! Are you seeing any specific errors when trying to download Minecraft, or does it just seem unresponsive? Any screenshots can help, just be sure to block out your personal info. Can you also confirm if you're on PC, MAC or Linux? ^FF
