Hi @PlatstationEu & @MojangSupport . Why cant I unlink my PS and MS account and link them to other accounts? I'm guessing I'm not the only parent who unknowingly linked to my child account and now blocked for life. This cannot be unsolvable?? Please respect your customers.

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^AM

In order to process refunds for the Bedrock version of Minecraft, you will need to go to the specific platform it was purchased on. PlayStation Marketplace has an FAQ explaining refunds with processes here: bit.ly/3w5h39f. ^FF
