@MojangSupport Hello, playing local co-op with my 3 kids, but only P1 progress gets properly saved cannot cloud upload characters for p2-4 and they always loose all there spare equipment what can I do? Thanks

Are Ps 2-4 logged in as "Guest", or do they have their own Microsoft account linked? In order to access cloud uploading, you need to be logged into the Microsoft account with which you'd like to upload your hero. More details can be found here: bit.ly/3Gop7bI ^AM
