@MojangSupport I'm trying to enter my minecraft account that I haven't accessed in a couple years, and now my login isn't working. I didn't change any account information because I haven't been on it in two years and the login Information was saved on my browser.

I also can't access the email of the account as it was hacked a long time ago. How can I recover my account? the email is garcia_pili@hotmail.com. I can't even use the minceraft support tickets because I don't have access to the email anymore.

We can still assist if you submit a ticket to aka.ms/Minecraft-Support. Remember to attach your Transaction ID and account name / Gamertag. If you don't have access to the email, use one you have access to in the "Your Email Address" field and we'll reply to that one. ^AM

Unfortunately, the purchase was made about ten years ago when I was living in another country, so there's no chance I'm gonna get ahold of that Transaction ID.

Not to worry, we should still be able to help without that transaction ID! Having the transaction ID only makes the process go faster, but it isn't mandatory since we have other ways of verifying. ^BT
