@MojangSupport Our account was hacked and our user name (which someone had tried to buy from us before) is now gone. We contacted support and heard nothing. How long does it take to hear anything?

If you have a Microsoft account you'll need to reach out to Microsoft Support, but if you submitted a ticket to Minecraft Support, you should hear back soon. If you want, you can provide us with the Ticket # we can look into it and make sure it was received. ^AM

Microsoft said it's not their issue and we should contact you. And we just got a message back that the Minecraft/Mojang ticket has been closed because it's a Microsoft issue. We try to log in to Minecraft and it asks us to change the name because the old one is "taken".
