@MojangSupport @Minecraft Been unable to join/be joined on other worlds/my world for several days. Contacted support and they just suggested things I have already done. Please can you confirm there are connectivity issues for PS players at this time?

They essentially told me they couldn't help any further and that I had to wait for an update so I'm not sure how else I can work with them at this time. Has there been any update since this conversation was had (10 hours ago)?

For this in particular, could you update the ticket over e-mail stating that you're still unable to connect? Please do that and it'll be bumped up and investigated by our Tech team! ^BT

I emailed them again as you suggested and they messaged back telling me to retry steps I have already taken. I feel like this is a bit ridiculous at this point, can you publically acknowledge this is an issue and reassure us its being resolved please?
