@MojangSupport Hey there, is there a way to know whether an email I sent to you did go through? I never received a confirmation so I just wish to make sure.

You should receive a confirmation e-mail if you sent a ticket to us. Did you end up receiving one? ^BT

When I first filled the form, I got an email asking for more information (if the issue wasn't resolved by the links they sent to me) to which I replied and sent the info, but I haven't heard since, and I don't know whether I should get a confirmation or not
