@MojangSupport I have the correct email, i have my proof of purchase, the right account is signed in but still only allows me to play demo.
Is there a code i need to redeem ?

This is usually a sign that you're not logging in with the correct credentials! This FAQ should give you a bit more information regarding demo mode: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^BT
