@MojangSupport I purchased a realm code off of Amazon and it says that the code has been redeemed even though I haven’t redeemed it.

I just discovered when I redeemed the code I was somehow not logged in so I redeemed it to no account.

When I redeemed the code I believe I was not logged in and it somehow went through.
