Fix ps4 edition keep having long wait period and when i purchase items i have to restart my game just to get it pls fix

That's strange. If you could, can you describe in more detail what happens with waiting? Also, have you always had to restart your game to receive your items? ^BT

When i purchase a modification for my tank i get a loading screen like it normally does but it loads so long that i have to restart my game and once i start playing then my screen stretches and then i get my modifications after restarting the game about 5 times just toplay again

This sounds like a connection issue; we suggest power-cycling your console and router, and if you're on wifi, switching to hardwire to ensure a stable connection. Make sure you have lots of storage space as well. Let us know if this continues to be a problem. ^AM
