@MojangSupport Hi Guys, for 2 nights now my son and I have been unable to play Minecraft on ps4/ps5. Invites just don’t work. I’ve reset my router, cleared the cache on my ps5 and his ps4 and nothing works.

Both acc are also signed up to Microsoft live and I have re-installed the game on both consoles. I’m completely out of ideas. My sons only 5 so to keep having to tell him “No son it’s still not working” is heartbreaking. He’s just beginning his Minecraft adventures.
