@MojangSupport I’m trying to play Minecraft with my nephew and I’m on PS5 and he’s on iPad. And every time we try to join in each other’s well it says unable to connect. it didn’t do that before it’s only started doing this tonight. It doesn’t even show him online.

Hmm, strange to hear it stopped working all of a sudden. Have you tried any troubleshooting so far, such as using a wired connection or disabling your firewall? Additionally, what NAT type do you see in your PS5's network connection status? ^IV

I don’t know exactly the Nat type. But I have been using a wired connection. And again it worked literally up until a few days ago.
