@MojangSupport having trouble purchasing a realm :( it wont complete the check out

There are a ton of different unique things that can go wrong during the payment process that we'll need to rule out. Is there a specific error message that you see when trying to purchase that Realm? ^AM

Are you running into any error messages at all? If so, can you send a screenshot/photo of the error? This will help to narrow things down. ^FF
