@MojangSupport I have been trying to renew a realm for a couple days now with no progress. As soon as I enter payment info a blank screen appears. There is no error message just a pending order that never seems to go through. Is there a reason why Java realms are down?

It sounds like the payment may be failing or there may be an issue with your browser preventing it from completing the purchase. Have you double checked that your card information is correct and tried on another browser / an incognito window? ^IV

I will try a different browser. The card information is correct and I even tried another card, just in case.
