@MojangSupport when i try to sign in with my Microsoft Account every time i get the same problem, which i get the failed to login message, and i don't know why. i only have 3 Microsoft accounts, and i get the same message with all of them. and i had this problem for over a year

Make sure you log into the Microsoft account with the Gamertag that is displayed in the error message. If you don't have access or can't find that account, please reach out to Microsoft Support nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^AM

It does appear that you're logged into the wrong MSA account and that's what's giving you this error. If you need help with recovering that account, you'll need to reach out to Microsoft Support. ^BT
