@MojangSupport Why isn't my sons texture pack working anymore? It's saying it's active, but when the game loads up, it's default blocks.

Which texture pack is it? Have you tried disabling and re-enabling it? Please also try restarting the device after re-enabling but let us know if it still doesn't appear! ^AM

It's the city texture pack. I uninstalled both the game and texture pack and then reinstalled them. I also hard booted the xbox before I loaded it back up. I'm sure he told me that the texture pack is working again, but now it won't sync his world.
