Hello, @MojangSupport , I am playing on a PlayStation 5 and my boyfriend is playing on a PlayStation 4, we made a world a few days ago and have been playing perfectly fine on it and haven’t had any issues until recently, he tried joining and it kept him at a loading screen

Is this a Realm that you two are using, a server, or just a multiplayer world? Can you let us know what troubleshooting you've tried so far? It may help to switch to a hardwire connection if you're using WiFi. Let us know what else you've tried! ^FF

I have been experiencing the same problem with a regular world. specifically with friends joining from consoles. sources shut as downdetector have stated sever connections to.

Gotcha. Just to double check, are you using the same platform, PS5, or a different platform? Additionally, have you tried any network troubleshooting so far, like disabling your firewall or checking your NAT type? ^IV

It is a Regular world, I have tried switching from LAN and wireless and back, have checked for game updates and system updates, I have restored licenses and searched for corrupted data, I have deleted and added back friends, I have done everything I’ve seen and been suggested.
