@Minecraft @MojangSupport I have been trying to play Minecraft with my boyfriend and brother for the past couple days and we can鈥檛 load in lnto our world, and when we restarted our world our games lagged, broke, or shut down completely. I just purchased it for nothing馃様#minecraft

Are these brand new worlds? Are you playing on Realms? Which device and Edition and is there any troubleshooting you've already tried? Sorry for all the questions, we just need a bit more information before we can rule out any issues and offer guidance as to next steps! ^AM

They are brand new worlds, we are not on realms we鈥檙e in PS4 bedrock. Some techniques we used for trouble shooting was restarting the game and consoles, and we updated all our Microsoft accounts. Thank you so much for the help馃檹
