@MojangSupport I've looked into it and I think all of the people on Playstation can't play crossplay. Is that something that we can fix on our systems or a problem fixable only by mojang?

I'm not sure what you mean? I'm not currently seeing any issues on our end that would prevent crossplay. Can you describe the issue you're having that is preventing you from playing? ^AM
