@MojangSupport Hey guys I'm a little at my wits end here, TL;DR I bought Minecraft on my PS5 but I can't link my PSN account to my Microsoft one. Says it's already linked, but I never linked it to one. I tried calling Xbox but they couldn't help. Assistance would be nice, thanks

There are two possible scenarios, and I'm not sure which you're facing. Is it telling you the Microsoft account is already linked to a PSN, or the PSN is linked to a different MS account? Make sure to check this FAQ for possible solutions: bit.ly/3yIzgLG ^AM

Just following back up to see if I could get some assistance 馃槄 Haven't received any emails back from support, and would really appreciate some help here. I'd understand if I had linked a different Microsoft account and messed up, but I havent so I'm lost

This is super frustrating and disheartening guys. The account link is on Mojang's end. There's nothing Microsoft or Sony can do about it. I never linked it and the fact that there's seemingly nothing you can do on your end is infuriating as a customer who pays for realms.
