@MojangSupport I cannot renew my realm on bedrock? Why hasn’t it auto renewed ?

The subscription may be broken. Are you getting any errors when you try to extend the Realm or have a receipt that it pushed through? (Don't screenshot it or provide it here please) ^TK

Trying to click renew whilst on the game it just comes up with “store connection lost”, my internet is working fine. Tried managing realms on Microsoft but that doesn’t work either.

It sounds like there may be a payment issue happening that will need to be resolved. Realms Plus billing is managed by Microsoft Support and you can contact them directly via nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^AM

Nope payment has been taken, my realm is expired mid month for no reason
