If restarting your router and Xbox didn't help, it may be due to an issue with your network configuration. Can you try disabling your firewall to see if that fixes the issue? ^IK

It did not fix it. I've done everything I could think of to fix it. I am a network engineer and as of now I couldn't think of anything else I could do to fix the issue. This issue is in both preview and regular version

This could possibly be a payment issue presenting itself as a connection problem. Are you attempting to purchase something from the Marketplace? And if possible, have you tried using a different payment method or device? ^AM

I am using the Minecraft marketplace yes. It will not even let me get to the payment screen, nothing in the store other than realms has a price on it. When I click the bundles there is a x for the price. I am on Xbox also
