What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far and are you playing on WiFi or Hardwire? ^TK

I've tried the usual tricks f turning it off and on again and it's an iPad so it wifi

Make sure you have lots of storage space available on the iPad and that the technical specifications of the device are able to run the game! A reinstall may also help here. Be sure to check out this FAQ too: bit.ly/3igROhc and let us know if you still have issues! ^AM
