A few months ago this happens on my PS4 after I joined realms on my iPad. The account has only ever been linked to this PS4. Please help

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^AM

Thanks for the reply. The account was working perfectly on the iPad and PSN. How do I unlink the account from PSN so I can try to relink?
