@MojangSupport Hey guys I'm a little at my wits end here, TL;DR I bought Minecraft on my PS5 but I can't link my PSN account to my Microsoft one. Says it's already linked, but I never linked it to one. I tried calling Xbox but they couldn't help. Assistance would be nice, thanks

There are two possible scenarios, and I'm not sure which you're facing. Is it telling you the Microsoft account is already linked to a PSN, or the PSN is linked to a different MS account? Make sure to check this FAQ for possible solutions: bit.ly/3yIzgLG ^AM

Just following back up to see if I could get some assistance 馃槄 Haven't received any emails back from support, and would really appreciate some help here. I'd understand if I had linked a different Microsoft account and messed up, but I havent so I'm lost

If you have already submitted an email support ticket, someone will get back to you as soon as they are available. If you still haven't received a response, please provide us with your ticket # so we can look into it and make sure your email was received! ^AM

Says the Microsoft one is linked. The weird part is when I go to my emails, I keep getting notifications that ive "successfully signed into Microsoft account on Minecraft PS4" but it's clearly not. I don't understand and a bit frustrated and exhausted /:
