You should have received a 7-digit ticket number in an autoresponse email. If you can provide us with that #, we can take a look at the ticket and make sure everything went smoothly and your case was received! ^AM

its okay haha, I actually had to make a new ticket now because I couldn't provide all the information at once, and I was hoping you could look at the new one (4804762) since that was the only time someone has responded since 8/22. it would be of great help since I can't play <3
