You should have received a 7-digit ticket number in an autoresponse email. If you can provide us with that #, we can take a look at the ticket and make sure everything went smoothly and your case was received! ^AM

If you didn't get an autoresponse email with your 7-digit ticket number, we recommend double checking your spam folder and verifying that your email filter settings are not set up in a way that would prevent you from receiving any e-mails from us. ^IV

I got a response, at first I couldn’t remember my security questions, but I remember them now and I really don’t want to make a new ticket, I emailed them to the original ticket, could you take a look at it again?

If not I made a new ticket (although all the stuff is on the old one, and the new ticket id is “4804762”
